BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Refund Policy:

All Covet Lab class and workshop purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us to discuss whether a credit may be available toward the value of a future workshop.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled class or workshop. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a credit or rescheduling.

 

Rescheduling

If you need to move your reservation to another available date, please contact Covet Lab at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to class availability.

 

Covet Lab reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class or workshop due to low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or other circumstances at our discretion. If Covet Lab makes a schedule change, registered guests will be contacted using the information provided at booking and offered an appropriate alternative.

 

Waitlist

If a class is full, guests may request to join the waitlist. If space becomes available, waitlisted guests will be contacted based on availability. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation.

 

CLASS PARTICIPATION & SAFETY:

Participant Liability

By attending a Covet Lab class, workshop, private event, or other experience, participants acknowledge that they are participating at their own risk.

 

Covet Lab is not responsible for personal injury or harm resulting from burns, skin irritation, slips, falls, misuse of materials or equipment, or the actions of other participants.

Guests are expected to follow all instructions provided by the Covet Lab team, particularly when handling hot wax, fragrance oils, heated materials, and other candle-making equipment.

 

Age Requirements

Age requirements may vary depending on the class or series. Any class designated as 18+ is limited to guests 18 years of age or older. Please review the individual class description before booking.

 

BYOB, FOOD & BEVERAGE:

BYOB Policy

Covet Lab classes and workshops are BYOB (wine or beer only)

Guests participating in a BYOB experience must be 18 years or older and are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. Anyone who appears visibly intoxicated may be asked to stop drinking or leave the premises to protect the safety and comfort of all participants.

 

For applicable BYOB classes, Covet Lab will provide ice buckets, wine openers, and glasses for your convenience. There is no corkage fee.

 

Food Policy

Unless otherwise stated for a private event or specialty class, outside food is not permitted during Covet Lab workshops.

PRODUCTS & PICK-UP

Some creations may require additional time to cool, cure, or set properly before they can be taken home. If your finished piece cannot be taken with you immediately following your class, the Covet Lab team will let you know when it is ready for pick-up.

Completed products must be collected from Covet Lab during the designated pick-up period.

 

GENERAL LAB GUIDELINES:

Class Materials

All necessary candle-making equipment and materials for your selected experience will be provided by Covet Lab unless otherwise specified in the class description.

 

Class Minimums

Certain workshops may require a minimum number of participants in order to proceed. If the minimum is not met, registered guests will be contacted and provided with available alternatives.

 

Respecting the Lab

Covet Lab is designed to be a fun, creative, and welcoming environment. We ask all guests to be respectful of fellow participants, instructors, equipment, and the Lab space throughout their experience.

 

By booking and participating in a Covet Lab experience, guests acknowledge and agree to the applicable policies and guidelines above.
